Returns

 

*** PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer walk in swops or returns at our warehouse unless it is by prior arrangement ***

Please complete the form below to request return. Please ensure you add the following information to the below form and that your return is within 30 days of delivery. No items will be exchanged and or credited after 30 days. 

Returns requested within 7 days of delivery will be facilitated for FREE. Returns requested after 7 days of delivery and before 30 days will be facilitated at a charge. The charge is R180 per way which is to cover the courier cost and administration costs to the return or swop. (THE FREE SWOP AN RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS IS ONLY VALID ONCE PER CUSTOMER ORDER AND ARE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PAID FOR COURIER FEES ON THEIR ORIGINAL ORDER)

The following information is needed for each and every return or swop - order number, reason for return, description of item so we can track the item and order. Please note that all returns need to be made by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply from our admin offices.

Also please note all Castelli items returned other than those under warranty, need to be returned in the original Castelli packaging (bag with correct size sticker and barcode) which must be intact, and have all original Castelli labels attached with the original Castelli red safety pin attached. NO RETURN will be accepted without original packaging and labels.  (A 15% surcharge on the price paid of the item will be levied on all returns where the Castelli bag with bar code is unable to be returned with the item for whatever reason - NO item will be accepted without the original label, string and red pin) We will not accept returns for items which have been washed and smell of perfume, deodorant, aftershave and detergent. We will also not accept any items back with stains or marks on them. 

Please note that all SPECIAL ORDERS placed with Castelli SA for specific product from Italy are NON-RETURNABLE. Items purchased on our Black November Deals or our Annual August Sale and Clearance Sale are also NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer any swaps on Black November DealsSPECIAL ORDERS are all products not stocked in SA and imported specifically by customer request. All other items may be swopped and exchanged. 

Please note that if an order needs to be refunded, that the refund payment will happen via EFT only - you can send us your bank account information and the payment will be processed on the Friday of that specific week. Unfortunately, no refunds will be processed to credit cards. Refunds will also not be processed until such time as we have the item (s) in our possession.
